Gareth Dundee Founder & Director

Gareth has been managing sophisticated building projects for over 10 years, gaining experience within highly regulated environments both in Northern Ireland and across the UK. He has also managed large fireworks storage and logistics facilities, regulation of which is as tightly controlled as the cannabis industry. Gareth is the Northern Ireland Regional Representative for the Cannabis Industry Council.

Mark Judge Director of Operations

Mark is experienced in medical logistics, specialising in the transfer of controlled drugs and facility management. He ensures that each stage of the logistics process meets stringent compliance standards, drawing on extensive knowledge of UK and EU GMP regulations.

Peter Reynolds Director of Strategy and Communications

Peter has 40 years of experience in drug policy and medical journalism. As president of CLEAR Cannabis Law Reform, he is an expert in cannabis science, medicine, law, and politics.

Jamie Oduro Director of Quality and Compliance

Jamie is highly experienced in GACP, GMP, and pharmaceutical quality systems. As principal of Oduro Pharmaceutical Solutions, he is a licensing expert for diverse manufacturing processes.

Paul Shrive Director of Cultivation/ Production

Paul gained professional experience in cannabis cultivation in the USA. With over a decade in cannabinoid processing, he is an expert in plant science and refinement.

Jonathan Potter Director of Clinical Research

BA, MSC, DIP.Couns, PGDIP

Jonathan is a clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of therapeutic experience, including the medical use of cannabis for various conditions.

Dr. Ahmed brings extensive medical expertise and serves as a GP, UK Council Representative, and committee member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Dr. Waqar Ahmed Director of Medical Affairs

Christopher Nightingale Director of Corporate Development and Legal Affairs

Christopher brings extensive legal and business expertise, with a background in corporate, construction, and commercial law. He has also helped establish several international stock exchange listed companies.

Chris has extensive experience in local politics, legal services, and advocacy. A former Councillor, he has worked to advance cultural initiatives and access to medicinal cannabis. Chris also liaises with investors to align community interests with company goals.
