Gareth Dundee Founder & Director
Gareth has been managing sophisticated building projects for over 10 years, gaining experience within highly regulated environments both in Northern Ireland and across the UK. He has also managed large fireworks storage and logistics facilities, regulation of which is as tightly controlled as the cannabis industry. Recently, Gareth was appointed chair of the Cannabis Industry Council Northern Ireland group.
Peter Reynolds Director of Strategy and Communications
Peter has 40 years of experience in drugs policy and medical journalism. He is president of CLEAR Cannabis Law Reform and an expert in the science, medicine, law and politics of cannabis.
Paul Shrive Director of Cultivation/ Production
Paul gained his professional experience in cannabis cultivation in the USA. He is an expert in plant science and has more than a decade of experience in cannabinoid processing and refinement.
Jamie Oduro Director of Quality and Compliance
Jamie is highly experienced in GACP and GMP for cannabis and in pharmaceutical quality systems for a wide range of manufacturing processes. He is a licensing expert and principal of Oduro Pharmaceutical Solutions.
Jonathan Potter Director of Clinical Research
BA, MSC, DIP.Couns, PGDIPJonathan is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing therapy, more recently in conjunction with the medical use of cannabis across a range of conditions.
Dr. Ahmed brings a comprehensive approach to Growth Industries with his extensive medical expertise and diverse interests. He serves as a General Practitioner, UK Council Representative, and committee member for the Royal College of General Practitioners. His unique blend of skills and experiences will be instrumental in driving the company's medical strategies and initiatives.

Christopher brings a wealth of international legal expertise and business experience to Growth Industries. With a background in corporate, construction, and commercial law from his practice in London and Hong Kong, he has also played a key role in establishing several international stock exchange-listed companies.
